Thanks so much for a fantastic night. I hope they behaved themselves after I left and weren’t too raucous. All the feedback I’ve had has been very positive and all the guests seemed to have had a wonderful time. They found the event fun, interesting and informative. The only thing some people have said is that they would have liked you to have mingled a bit more during the tasting so that they could ask you specific questions. But other than that they thought it was great. They were very appreciative of the additional bubbly and wine you were giving out! I was also very impressed with the running of the event. I thought table layouts were good, your introductory talk was pitched to them just right and I wasn’t expecting the additional bubby and wine to be offered so that was a pleasant added bonus. I would certainly use you again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you. All in all a great night!
